The SOLUTIONZ WEIGHT MANAGMENT PROGRAM plan is based on the philosophy that there are 4 essential phases to effective weight loss. By following our 4 phases you will accomplish your weight loss goal and most importantly keep it off for a lifetime!

Phase 1
SOLUTIONZ WEIGHT MANAGMENT PROGRAM Fast Start
This phase is a 3-day period in which we teach your body to burn stored fat. During this time you will lose 3-5 pounds, while eating unlimited amounts certain foods. During this phase you will feel increased energy and jolt your metabolism so that your body is ready to move on to Phase 2. You will also prepare your body to start receiving all the valuable nutrients your body needs by using our Cor/Cleanse detox system. This system, developed by top weight loss experts, will allow your body to digest food better, have more energy, lose weight and allow your body to start burning calories better.

Phase 2
Cor/Cleanse
