Group
exercise classes are groups of people working out, enjoying
physical fitness and having a lot of fun. Aerobics has come
a long way and we offer all the old-time favorites along with
the latest trends and cutting edge options. We offer exercise
programs and fitness workouts to suit everyone. All classes are
free with your membership.
We offer a variety of classes for your enjoyment, such as:
Cycle is a fun cardiovascular workout set
to great motivating music. Your instructor will take you through
various challenges with hills, strength, speed play and different
levels of intensity.
Pilates is a total body conditioning exercise method combining
flexibility and strength and balance to improve posture and to
focus on the powerhouse which is the deep abdominal muscles,
obliques and lower back.
Pilates + is an intermediate to advanced class that combines
the precise movements of Pilates with traditional fitness elements.
Sculpt will challenge every muscle in you body using free
weights, your body weight and the stability ball. Different intensity
levels are shown to help you get a sculpted and toned body..
Kickboxing will develop new skills and a strong core as you
burn a ton of calories in this challenging but fun kickboxing
class. Easy-to–follow combinations of upper body strikes,
blocks, and athletic drills make up this great cardio workout.
Bootcamp is a fun but intense athletic workout. Cardio and
resistance intervals will challenge your muscles and your cardiovascular
system. All fitness levels encouraged to participate.
Yoga offers Strength, flexibility and balance as you integrate
body and mind through yoga poses. You will de-stress your mind
and body.
Power Yoga or Ashtanga Yoga is a more challenging type of yoga
with emphasis in strength.
Mom & Me - Bring your preschoolers for
an hour of fun and fitness with mom. This is a parent participation
class for Children ages 2-4
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International
music dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, motivating fitness
system
Fit Kids is fitness for 8-12 yr. olds. step, run, jump, and
games
Hot Shots is Fitness fun for 5-8 yr. olds
Step/Sculpt involves moderate to low impact movements done on
an adjustable platform with sculpting intervals mixed in. Easy
format to follow. Great for all fitness levels.
